Were hiring an Ops & Growth Coordinator to drive operational excellence and support go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. In this cross-functional role, you'll help ensure high-value conversations and projects don't fall through the cracks clearing inbox chaos, maintaining CRM hygiene, supporting lightweight marketing execution, and managing key admin workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Inbox & Calendar Management
- Triage and manage the executive inbox with speed and judgment
- Draft follow-ups, flag priority emails, and schedule meetings
- Prepare executive summaries and daily/weekly briefings
- Track investor, sales, and partner threads to maintain momentum
Sales & CRM Support
- Maintain a clean and organized CRM (log notes, update deal stages)
- Ensure all inbound leads are entered, tagged, and followed up
- Support contract creation, invoice tracking, and workflow coordination
- Monitor and process signups from the free tier
Marketing & Content Operations
- Manage content calendar, blog updates, and newsletters
- Draft/refine short-form content for social, investor, or email outreach
- Coordinate basic event logistics, outbound lists, invites, and follow-ups
- Keep documentation and project trackers up to date
Ops & Process Coordination
- Support weekly team task triage and execution
- Identify recurring gaps and implement lightweight operational fixes
- Keep cross-functional projects on track and nudge stakeholders as needed
