We are seeking a smart, resourceful, and enthusiastic NYSC Corps Member to join our Operations Department as an intern. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in travel logistics, tour coordination, client service, and operations management within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the operations team in coordinating client travel itineraries and bookings (flights, hotels, transfers, tours).
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and maintain organised records of bookings and client data.
- Help track ongoing travel projects and ensure the timely execution of services.
- Liaise with vendors (airlines, hotels, tour guides) to confirm and update reservations.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide real-time travel assistance when required.
- Prepare travel documents and support visa processing coordination.
- Contribute to internal reports and assist with client feedback follow-up.
- Provide general support to the team in areas such as customer service, documentation, and logistics.
