Our Ckient is seeking a highly skilled NOC Engineer to join the Technical Department! As a NOC Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring continuous availability and optimal performance.*Key Responsibilities: Network monitoring and maintenance Ticket management and troubleshooting Network performance optimization Documentation and reportin Collaboration and teamwork*Requirements:* Expertise in networking technologies, network monitoring, and troubleshooting Strong knowledge of ISP technologies, internet protocols, and traffic engineering Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills*What You'll Do:*Monitor and maintain network infrastructure Troubleshoot and resolve network issues Optimize network performance and capacity planning Document network configurations and issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams*Ideal Candidate:* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred 2-3 years of experience in a NOC or similar role Strong knowledge of networking protocols and equipment*Ready to Apply?*If you're a motivated and skilled NOC Engineer looking for a new challenge, send us your application!
