Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital campaigns to promote CrownBak Health services.
- Create and manage social media content(posts, reels, stories, etc.) across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Monitor analytics to assess performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement.
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar in line with clinic activities and seasons.
- Respond to social media messages, comments, and inquiries professionally and on time.
- Work closely with the clinic team to promote offers, new services, and awareness campaigns.
- Manage Whatsapp marketing and broadcast lists for patient update sand promotions.
- Coordinate patient reviews, testimonials, and user-generated content to build trust online.
- Recommend marketing ideas to improve visibility within the Lekki-Ajah community and every other place.
- Stay up to date with trends in digital marketing and healthcare advertising.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in marketing or content creation.
- Proficient with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic video editing tools.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Understanding of healthcare and wellness is an added advantage
- Organized, creative, and self-motivated.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Marketing and Social Media Campaign: 2 years (Preferred)
