We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Marketing Associate with a strong influencer marketing experience to help scale our reach, deepen engagement, and drive user acquisition through creative partnerships.
Role Overview
You will own and execute influencer-led campaigns from strategy to reporting. You’ll be responsible for identifying the right influencers and creators and onboarding them, managing relationships, negotiating collaborations, and ensuring campaigns meet clear performance goals. You’ll work closely with the creative, marketing, content, and product teams to bring influencer-driven strategies to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and onboard influencers and content creators who align with our brand and target audience.
- Lead strategy to execution of influencer-led marketing effort and create workflow for scalable, long-term success of influencer campaigns.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, track deliverables, and ensure campaign timelines are met.
- Coordinate influencer content creation, approvals, and publishing schedules.
- Track campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare post-campaign reports.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencer partners.
- Work with the marketing team to integrate influencer campaigns into the broader growth strategy.
- Monitor trends in social media, the creator economy, and competitor activity to inform campaigns that drive high-level organic traction. Manage influencer budget allocations and ROI tracking.
About You
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, community-driven growth, digital marketing, partnerships, or social media marketing.
- Strong network or understanding of the influencer ecosystem, leveraging trends and conversations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and analyzing performance metrics.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and brand alignment.
- Experience with content marketing, digital storytelling, and social media management.
- Ability to synthesize market insights and communicate complex ideas effectively. Background or interest in prediction markets, financial markets, or event-based contract trading is a plus.

Compensation
₦300k - ₦500k Monthly.
