We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager/Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent service delivery and maintain smooth business operations.
Job Description:
As the Manager/Supervisor at Rapid Barbeque Grill, you will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met, managing inventory and leading the team to achieve high performance. You will also act as an Inventory Officer, keeping accurate stock records and ensuring supplies are available to meet daily demands. This role requires a strong leader who is solution-oriented, detail-focused and capable of making sound decisions under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
- Supervise kitchen and service staff, ensuring the food code and kitchen safety standards are strictly followed.
- Monitor and manage inventory, keep accurate records, and ensure stock availability while minimizing waste.
- Report any operational or financial discrepancies directly to the CEO.
- Resolve staff or customer issues promptly, maintaining a positive work environment.
- Ensure all safety, hygiene, and quality control standards are met at all times.
- Train and motivate staff to improve performance and uphold company standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Monitor sales, costs and business performance, and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- OND, HND, or BSc in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or Manager in a restaurant, barbeque, or similar food business (required).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Sunday(One day off), 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
