Spendive is an intuitive spend and procurement management platform designed for modern businesses. We streamline purchase requests, vendor management, approvals, and budgeting workflows in a single, intelligent interface. We’re on a mission to empower teams to control spend with clarity, transparency, and efficiency.
As we scale, we’re looking for a Product Designer who can bring thoughtful design, simplicity, and clarity to complex workflows — helping users get things done effortlessly.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design features that are functional, user-friendly, and delightful.
- Translate complex procurement and spend-related processes into intuitive user flows and interfaces.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications.
- Maintain and evolve Spendive’s design system to ensure consistency across products.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions. Advocate for the user at every step of the product development lifecycle.
What are we looking for?
- An good product designer with an experience in designing digital products (SaaS or B2B tools is a plus).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating experience with complex systems or workflow-based applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (our design tool of choice), Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
- A user-first mindset, with a solid understanding of usability, UX, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. Ability to handle feedback constructively and work in a fast-paced environment.
