Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing a petrol station or fuel retail outlet.
- Strong knowledge of fuel station operations, including inventory management, pump calibration, safety protocols, and cash handling.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff, manage shifts, and enforce compliance with company policies.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to use POS systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) proficiently.
- Sound understanding of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) practices and regulatory requirements in the oil and gas retail sector.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Must reside in Abuja or be willing to relocate.
