About the Role
We are seeking an outgoing individual with a neutral accent to identify potential clients and schedule appointments for Punch, a global leader in software and AI. Your role involves reaching out to businesses via social media platforms and email, initiating conversations, and arranging meetings with our sales team. Strong proficiency in English and a clear, neutral accent are essential for effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Identification: Research and identify potential clients through social media platforms and other online channels.
- Initial Outreach: Contact prospective clients via messages on social media and email to introduce our services and assess interest.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings between interested clients and our sales team, ensuring alignment with both parties' availability.
- Follow-Up Communication: Engage with leads who have not responded to initial outreach, maintaining a professional and persistent approach.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, messages, and scheduled appointments using our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on building rapport and fostering relationships.
- Writing Proficiency: Clear and friendly writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging messages without resorting to unsolicited or spammy tactics.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Interpersonal Skills: A natural inclination towards engaging with people and facilitating business opportunities.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and manage time effectively to meet targets.
