Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Make 100+ outbound calls per day to potential clients, utilizing a provided script and sales strategy
- Qualify leads and set appointments for our sales team, ensuring a high conversion rate
- Utilize HubSpot to manage contacts, track interactions, and analyze performance metrics
- Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and target audience Provide regular feedback and insights on sales strategy and lead quality

Requirements:
- 2 Years of experience in cold calling and appointment setting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Fluent English speaker with experience communicating with American English-speaking audiences
- Experience with HubSpot CRM, including contact management, reporting, and analytics
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily call volume targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Experience in a B2B sales environment
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and technologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
