Laundify.com is a laundry and commercial cleaning service.
We are currently looking for a smart, friendly, and organized front desk representative to join our team at Laundify. As a front desk representative, you will be the face of our laundry service and the primary point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, managing inquiries and orders, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Assist customers in dropping off and picking up their laundry orders, ensuring accurate documentation of items received.
- Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email, providing accurate information about our laundry services, pricing, and turnaround times.
- Process laundry orders efficiently and accurately, entering information into our computer systems.
- Coordinate with laundry staff to ensure timely completion of orders and address any customer concerns or special requests.
- Handle cash, bank transfer and POS transactions, maintain accurate records, and reconcile daily cash registers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area, including keeping track of inventory such as laundry bags, detergents, and other supplies.
- Sort and enter New laundry order into the POS System
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and proactive manner, finding appropriate solutions and escalating concerns when necessary.
- Stay updated on our laundry service offerings, promotions, and any changes in policies or procedures.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and basic software applications.
- Cash handling experience is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
