The Role
We're looking for a skilled Part-Time Fashion Designer to join our crew. You'll be a key player in our production process, so we need someone who is dedicated, creative, and has a serious eye for detail. Your main focus will be bringing our designs from concept to reality, ensuring every stitch is perfect.
Responsibilities
- Design & Execute: Create patterns, cut fabrics, and sew garments with high-quality, professional finishes.
- Quality Control: Ensure all pieces meet our brand's high standards for neatness and durability. No loose ends, no amateur work.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the head designer to understand project requirements and contribute fresh ideas.
- Time Management: Deliver finished pieces on schedule, managing your time efficiently to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Location: You must live within the Egbeda, Lagos environs. This is a non-negotiable for this role.
- Skills: Proven expertise in sewing and garment construction. We need someone who can sew neatly and confidently.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a fashion design or tailoring role is a major plus.
- Attitude: Passionate, creative, and a team player. You must be able to work independently and take initiative.
