- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production schedules to meet the requirements of all outlets, corporate clients, and takeout customers.
- Ensure production output meets established quality, quantity, and timeline targets.
- Allocate manpower and resources effectively to maximize efficiency.
- Monitor portion control, recipe adherence, and presentation standards.
- Implement and maintain strict food hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular checks on production processes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Work closely with the inventory team to ensure timely availability of raw materials without overstocking.
- Minimize wastage by monitoring usage patterns and enforcing proper handling of ingredients.
- Track and report on daily production costs, yield, and variances.
- Lead, train, and supervise production staff, including Supervisors, cooks, kitchen assistants.
- Schedule shifts and assign tasks to meet daily operational demands.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and take corrective action where necessary.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Introduce innovative methods for food preparation and packaging where applicable.
- Prepare daily production reports and submit them to management.
- Coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch of orders to outlets and clients.
- Communicate effectively with procurement, quality control, and outlet managers to ensure smooth operations.
