Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Financial Records: Responsible for recording and summarising financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Preparing Financial Reports: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Reconciling Accounts: Carry out bank reconciliations, general ledger reconciliations, and resolve any discrepancies found.
- Assisting with Audits: Support with the preparation and execution of audits, both internal and external, ensuring all necessary documentation is available and accurate.
- Data Entry and Bookkeeping: Handle daily data entry, manage ledgers, and process invoices and payments.
- Ensuring Compliance: Ensure that the company adheres to all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Communication: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Problem Solving: Identify and report any financial discrepancies or irregularities.
Requirements:
- Must reside close to/within Agungi
- 1 year experience
- Degree in Accounting
