We are looking for a reliable IT Support Assistant to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems. The role requires assisting staff and users with IT-related issues, ensuring smooth daily operations, and supporting the IT team in implementing technology solutions.
Job Overview
Maintenance of computer systems in perfect working order while also providing typing, printing, and technical assistance to staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot computers and related equipment.
- Provide typing and printing services.
- Ensure all systems are virus-free and updated.
- Support business centre activities.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in computer operations and maintenance.
- Good typing and printing skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
