We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist who is passionate about connecting talent to opportunity. This role goes beyond real estate, it covers hiring for diverse roles across real estate, construction, technology, and corporate services.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with hiring managers across our businesses to understand staffing needs.
- Develop and post job ads across platforms.
- Source and attract candidates through networking, referrals, and job fairs or outreaches.
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and recommend the best-fit candidates.
- Manage recruitment for roles ranging from real estate agents to engineers, project managers, tech talent (software engineers), and support staff.
- Stay updated on market trends in real estate, construction, and recruitment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory/licensing requirements where applicable.
- Onboard new employees and provide a smooth entry into the company.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment reports.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and a professional candidate experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably across real estate, construction, or technology.
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees.
- Proficiency in recruitment software, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
- Strong knowledge of real estate/industry regulations is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Professional certifications are a big plus, such as:
- CIPM (Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria)
- CIHRM (Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management or Personnel and Development)
- Any other related qualifications.
