About the Role
We are looking for a versatile and tech-driven IT, Digital Marketing & Technical Support Executive to lead our online presence, drive lead generation, and ensure smooth day-to-day tech operations. This hybrid role requires hands-on expertise in both digital marketing strategy and IT support, with a keen understanding of real estate business dynamics. You’ll power the company’s digital engine and keep our technical systems running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing (60%)
- Design and execute targeted digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn) for real estate products.
- Develop content for social media, blogs, email newsletters, and online listings.
- Maintain and optimize the company’s website and landing pages (SEO, responsiveness, performance).
- Monitor lead generation KPIs and provide detailed weekly reports using Google Analytics and Meta Business tools.
- Create and manage virtual tours, webinar sessions, and online promotions.
- Schedule and monitor WhatsApp and Telegram drip campaigns.
- Ensure visibility on major listing platforms (e.g., PropertyPro, PrivateProperty, Nigeria Property Centre).
2. IT Support & Infrastructure (25%)
- Set up and manage staff computers, printers, routers, and internet access points.
- Administer company email accounts, file systems (Google Workspace, OneDrive), and shared drives.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues in real-time (on-site and remote).
- Perform routine backups, data security scans, and device maintenance.
- Coordinate tech upgrades, antivirus deployment, and device lifecycle management.
- Set up workstations for new hires and maintain inventory of IT assets.
3. Technical Support (15%)
- Serve as the first line of response for all staff tech-related issues across office and field teams.
- Maintain uptime of internal systems (e.g., CRM access, shared drives, communication tools).
- Liaise with external IT vendors for repairs, installations, and network expansion.
- Train staff on using productivity tools (Google Drive, Zoom, CRM dashboards).
- Assist the sales team with tech setups during property tours, client presentations, and virtual meetings.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: B.Sc. or HND in Information Technology, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields.
Experience:
- 2–4 years in combined digital marketing and IT support (real estate or service industry preferred).
- Evidence of successful lead generation campaigns and IT system maintenance.
- Certifications (Preferred): Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, CompTIA A+, or basic networking/security certifications.
Technical & Marketing Skills:
- Marketing Tools: Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp, SEO tools.
- Design Tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Premiere (basic proficiency).
- Web: WordPress, Wix, Elementor, CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- IT Skills: Hardware setup, LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting, printer/network support, system backup, antivirus management.
- Reporting Tools: Google Analytics, Data Studio, Excel dashboards.
Core Competencies:
- Multitasking: Ability to juggle live campaigns and internal IT support issues.
- Communication: Clear communicator, especially when supporting non-technical colleagues.
- Analytical Thinking: Track campaign ROI and diagnose system faults effectively.
- Real Estate Acumen: Awareness of property market trends and buyer behavior online.
- Team Player: Works seamlessly with Sales, Admin, Legal, and Management teams.
Working Conditions:
- Schedule: Monday–Saturday (onsite role with flexibility for remote maintenance/tasks).
- Tools: Laptop, internet/data support, branded templates, tech toolkits.
- Mobility: Occasional site visits for equipment setup or digital content capture.
- Safety: Adheres to basic on-site safety protocols when working in construction zones using the job title as the mail subject
