Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Research and pursue new business opportunities
- Identify clients' needs, requirements and proposing suitable solutions
- Provide clients with comprehensive product/service consultations
- Upsell and cross sell products/services to clients
- Resolve complaints and issues efficiently
- Prospect for new clients
- Ensure client satisfaction
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow customer base Create strategies and work with clients to boost their brand
Qualifications
- BSc Business Administration, Marketing or a similar field 5-7 years relevant experience as a business development manager, investment advisor or a relationship manager
