Job Responsibilities
1.Market Information Collection
1.1 Collect and feed back market information about customers, projects, peers (competitors), etc.
2.Customer Management
2.1 Be responsible for visiting and receiving overseas customers to promote business expansion and cooperation negotiations;
2.2 Participate in international exhibitions, exchange meetings, product recommendation meetings, seminars, etc. in accordance with the company's requirements;
2.3 Accurately identify key decision-makers in the customer's decision-making chain, explore, establish, maintain and improve daily relationships, and be responsible for collecting project information and tackling key customers in all links of the bidding process;
2.4 Participate in international project bidding, and be responsible for completing the full cost estimate analysis and optimization under the project, project risk analysis and avoidance suggestions, business bid response, preparation of business bidding qualifications, etc.
3.Performance Management
3.1 Formulate customer visit and project expansion plans;
3.2 Complete the targets of net profit, delivery, payment received, accounts receivable, number of new customers developed, channel development, etc. according to KPI business indicators;
3.3 Strictly control business risks, pay attention to customer credit, and strictly control accounts receivable.
4.Risk Control
4.1 Be familiar with overseas laws and regulations, customs laws and regulations, various company systems and related processes, and effectively control the risks of import and export business.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above;
2.With at least 3-5 year of international sales experience, proficient in local language, and skilled in interpretation and translation;
3.Sharp market insight, strong communication skills, flexible and innovative customer public relations capabilities, and excellent language expression skills;
4.Able to withstand strong work pressure and work abroad for a long time.
