Fortis Global Insurance is seeking ambitious, high-performing Insurance Account Officer/Sales Executives to join our growing retail sales team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage Clients Accounts and ensure smooth processes
- Promote and sell a wide range of insurance and savings products to individuals and businesses
- Actively generate new leads and manage sales pipelines
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets
- Attend mandatory trainings, reviews, and development sessions Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of all sales activities
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence, professionalism, and a growth mindset
- Target-oriented with the ability to work independently Sales or marketing experience is an added advantage, but not mandator
Location: Lagos State, Nigeria
Salary & Benefits
(Commission and allowance renumeration) Monthly Pay Range: ₦110,000 –₦500,000
