10Alytics is an innovative ed-tech company dedicated to equipping individuals with in-demand tech and analytical skills in areas like Data Analytics, Data Science, Cybersecurity, and more.
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Innovation and Growth Catalyst to lead customer engagement efforts, drive program innovation, and support scalable growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate free webinar sessions (Masterclasses) and clarity sessions to educate prospects on our offerings
- Develop and implement promotion strategies to drive enrollment into all our programs
- Host podcasts and live sessions (Instagram, X, LinkedIn) to increase awareness of our service offerings
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support initiatives and promote our programs effectively
- Conduct one-on-one clarity sessions to understand prospects' backgrounds, goals, and recommend suitable programs
- Follow up with leads to ensure conversion from interest to enrollment
- Analyze market trends and feedback to identify opportunities for new marketing efforts and program improvements
- Shape and execute the overall strategic growth plan for 10Alytics, ensuring we meet our expansion and revenue goals
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities through partnerships, new markets, or new services
- Champion a culture of innovation and encourage exploration of new approaches to enhance our offerings
- Lead the design and launch of new training programs in response to evolving market needs (Data Science, AI, Cybersecurity, etc.)
- Oversee and optimize operational processes for scalable growth
- Implement innovative technologies and systems to streamline operations
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment Present regular reports on company performance, strategy execution, and market opportunities to the Board of Directors

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
- Strong experience and results in Sales, business development, and growth marketing
- Ability to organize and host webinars, live sessions, or podcasts
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform strategy
- Experience working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, or EdTech environments is a plus
- Strategic thinking with a bias for execution Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
