We work with payment service providers, fintechs, and businesses that need more reliable, transparent ways to move money and manage digital assets. Now, we're looking for someone who can help us grow that visibility, engage our audience, and support our client-facing operations.
Job Description
We're looking for a thoughtful and energetic Growth & Engagement Associate. Your core focus will be managing Ledig’s external voice across digital channels like LinkedIn and Twitter, supporting content that reflects our expertise, and contributing to broader growth activities like sales support and account delivery.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You'll collaborate with the leadership team on how we position ourselves, help us better engage with our ecosystem, and step in where needed to help the business grow. If you’re excited by fintech, stablecoins, and doing real work in a fast-moving startup, you’ll fit in well.

Responsibilities
- Manage Ledig’s presence on LinkedIn and Twitter with high-quality, industry-relevant content.
- Develop and maintain a simple but effective content strategy that supports our business and brand.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to inform future growth decisions.
- Contribute to lead generation and basic sales follow-ups (with support from the core team).
- Help produce client-facing collateral like pitch decks, proposals, and onboarding docs.
- Support account management and delivery activities where needed, especially during client onboarding.
- Apply SEO best practices to ensure our content and messaging are discoverable and aligned with relevant search intent. Be proactive about spotting gaps and contributing to marketing, operations, or client delivery as needed.
Job requirements
- 2 or more years of experience in digital marketing, content, growth, or client-facing roles
- Good understanding of fintech, blockchain, stablecoins, or cross-border financial systems
- Strong writing and communication skills, especially for technical or B2B content.
- Hands-on experience managing social platforms and/or CMS tools (LinkedIn/Twitter especially).
- Familiarity with SEO and performance tracking tools.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt quickly to new priorities.
- Comfortable operating in a startup or early-stage environment.
- Sales or account management experience. (Optional)
- Experience with CRMs, social schedulers, or growth analytics tools. (Optional)
- Background in financial infrastructure, compliance, or payments. (Optional) Prior experience growing a B2B brand presence from the ground up. (Optional)
