Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused In-Store Sales Representative to join our retail pharmacy team in Rumudara, Port Harcourt. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a helpful attitude, and a basic understanding of pharmaceutical or retail sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding products and answering basic product-related questions
- Handle sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Restock shelves and ensure products are well displayed and organized
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store
- Keep records of sales and inventory as required
- Support pharmacists and store managers with daily tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification
- Previous experience in retail, pharmacy, or customer service is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash/POS transactions
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Resides in or around Rumudara, Port Harcourt
