Job Title: Implementation & Support Analyst
Job Overview
Idealab Management Services Limited (“IMSL”) is focused on providing Key business applications for core industries such as Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and Aviation at this time. In that mission effective customer projects implementation, and post go-live support are foundational to a successful outcome. We are seeking to hire dynamic, nurturing and goal-oriented Implementation & Support Analysts to join our team. If you are that person, you would have responsibility for Implementing Software at Client Sites according to Quality standards specified by the company, and providing technical support as required to ensure that the customer is able to maximise the use of our delivered software applications.
Job Specification:
Responsibilities:
- To assist with project management, and to Implement software Systems for Customer.
- To develop apps and Extensions that enhance the customer experience of our delivered software systems.
- To Build positive work relationships with key project and technology stakeholders within customer accounts
- To provide technical support to users of our implemented Software Systems
- To develop new technology ideas and concepts that can promote our business with existing and/or new customers To undertake any other duties as appropriate within his competence, to further the business interests of the company.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Attaining Project Cost, time and Quality Benchmarks set for each Project
- Attaining Support Resolution and rework parameters set for each customer
- Developing New Features and extensions on delivered systems Conceptualizing and creating entirely new software systems.
Person Specification:
Educational / Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelors in computer science, business or related fields
- Oracle DBA and/or other DBA Certifications, an advantage
- Project Management Certification, an advantage
- Support Management Certification, an advantage
Technical/Professional Experience:
- Systems Analysis and Design Experience
- Support and Implementation Experience
- Banking Processes Experience
- Software / Web Development Experience
- Project management experience
