Key Responsibilities
· Talent Acquisition & Onboarding – Lead recruitment, selection, and integration of new hires.
· Performance Management – Implement appraisal systems and support continuous performance improvement.
· Policy Development & Compliance – Develop and enforce HR policies in line with Nigerian labour laws.
· Employee Relations & Engagement – Foster a positive workplace culture and resolve grievances professionally.
· Learning & Development – Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs for staff growth.
· HR Administration & Payroll – Oversee payroll, benefits, leave management, and personnel records.
Employment Criteria
· Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
· 3–5 years’ experience in a similar HR role (consulting/professional services preferred).
· Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) is a strong advantage.
· Key Competencies:
· Thorough knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
· Strong organizational ability and proficiency in HRIS tools (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People).

· HR Reporting & Strategy Support – Provide HR analytics and strategic input for decision‑making.

Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
