Job Description/Requirements
Your job includes:
1. Recruitment and Selection: Manage the entire recruitment process for the Africa region, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
2. Employee Relations: Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on various HR-related matters, including employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management.
3. Compensation and Benefits: Manage and update compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with local regulations.
4. Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to support employee growth and development, aligning with organizational goals and individual needs.
5. Compliance: Stay up-to-date on local labor laws and regulations and ensure the organization's HR practices comply with them.
6. HR Operations: Support the efficient and effective administration of HR processes, including payroll, onboarding, and data management.
7. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, track performance, and support decision-making.
8. Internal Collaboration and Communication: Build strong relationships with managers, employees, and other stakeholders across the Africa region, communicating effectively and transparently.
9. External Collaboration: Liaise with external third party EOR vendor to tackle with employee's labor contract and related payroll, reimbursement and other related issues.
10. Project Management: Support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives across the region, ensuring they are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Your profile includes:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in an international or multinational organization, with experience working in the Africa region or with a strong understanding of the region's cultural and legal landscape.
3. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of HR best practices.
4. Languages: Fluency in English is a must, proficiency in French or mandarin will be a plus.
5. Other: Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in various African countries, experience in working with diverse cultures and teams, and a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of doing business in Africa.
