Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private residence in Ikoyi. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of household activities, manage domestic staff, and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and security within the home.
Key Responsibilities
- Household Operations Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of domestic staff (chefs, cleaners, gardeners, drivers, security personnel, etc.).
- Develop and maintain household schedules, including cleaning, maintenance, and event preparations.
- Oversee household budgets, inventory, and procurement of supplies.
- Staff Supervision & Training
- Recruit, train, and appraise household staff.
- Schedule shifts and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
- Maintain discipline and uphold professional standards among staff.
- Maintenance & Upkeep
- Coordinate with service providers for repairs, maintenance, and installations.
- Ensure the property and all equipment are in excellent working condition.
- Hospitality & Event Coordination
- Organize and supervise private events, dinners, and gatherings as required.
- Welcome and attend to guests, ensuring comfort and quality service.
- Security & Safety
- Oversee security arrangements for the household and property.
- Maintain emergency protocols and liaise with security personnel when needed.
- Financial Oversight
- Manage household budgets, expense records, and petty cash.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a private residence, luxury hospitality, or estate management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and budget management tools.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during events as required.

Competitive salary based on experience, with additional benefits.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦180,000.00 per month
