Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Supervisor to join our team at our client hotel in Edo State.The ideal candidate must reside in Edo State and will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high service standards.The Hotel Supervisor will play a key role in managing staff, coordinating departments, and ensuring compliance with hospitality standards and company policies.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
Operational Management:
- Supervise daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage services.
- Ensure that all departments work efficiently and provide top-tier service to guests. Monitor and maintain hotel facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
Guest Experience & Customer Service:
- Address guest concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Enhance guest satisfaction by ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes and overall service quality. Gather and analyze guest feedback to implement improvements.
Staff Supervision & Training:
- Lead, motivate, and manage hotel staff, ensuring high performance and professionalism.
- Conduct regular staff training on hospitality standards, customer service, and operational procedures. Schedule and assign tasks to employees while ensuring adequate staffing levels.
Financial & Inventory Management:
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control efforts.
- Monitor expenses, revenue, and profitability, ensuring financial targets are met. Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing wastage.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations within the hotel.
- Implement and maintain hotel policies and standard operating procedures. Ensure compliance with local hospitality regulations and company guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Must be a resident of Edo State.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
