Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures using the hotel’s system.
- Manage room bookings, reservations, and cancellations professionally.
- Provide guests with information about the hotel, local attractions, and services.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and resolve guest complaints or direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Handle guest payments and issue receipts or invoices as required.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and report any issues to management promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and uphold security procedures. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE / OND; additional certification in Hospitality or Customer Service is an advantage.
- 1-2 years of experience in a hotel or customer-facing role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and confident demeanor.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with hotel software is a plus. Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
