Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures using the hotel’s system.
• Manage room bookings, reservations, and cancellations professionally.
• Provide guests with information about the hotel, local attractions, and services.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and resolve guest complaints or direct them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Handle guest payments and issue receipts or invoices as required.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and report any issues to management promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and uphold security procedures.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE / OND; additional certification in Hospitality or Customer Service is an advantage.
• 1-2 years of experience in a hotel or customer-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and confident demeanor.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with hotel software is a plus.
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
