Job Position: Hotel Branch Manager
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Coordinate and oversee daily operations across various departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate hotel staff, fostering high performance and morale to deliver excellent guest service.
- Guest Services: Ensure outstanding customer service, resolve guest complaints and issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Monitor hotel finances, develop budgets, manage expenses, and analyze financial data to optimize profitability and achieve revenue goals.
- Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns, drive business, increase occupancy, and build customer relationships.
- Compliance & Maintenance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and local laws, while also supervising maintenance, supplies, and inventory.
- Reporting & Strategy: Prepare performance reports for senior management, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to improve branch performance and drive growth.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 3-5 years of work experience.
