Role Overview
As Assistant General Manager, you’ll work directly with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive team performance, and uphold our brand standards across all touchpoints. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the guest journey, optimizing service delivery, and mentoring staff to deliver excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Support and supervise all departments including F&B, poolside operations, and guest services
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality hospitality experiences
Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of staff
Monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive revenue growth
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
Collaborate on marketing, promotions, and guest engagement strategies
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel or hospitality management
Proven leadership in high-volume, service-driven environments
Strong understanding of hospitality operations, guest relations, and team dynamics
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy with experience in POS systems, scheduling tools, and reporting software
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is an added advantage
