Position: Business Development Executive (Hospitality Industry)
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with a proven track record of working in 2–3 reputable hotels. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, secure new partnerships, and expand the company’s market presence in the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hotel and hospitality market.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies.
Collaborate with management to develop strategic sales and marketing plans.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3–5 years’ business development experience in hotels (2–3 hotels minimum).
Strong network in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (Full-time)
