Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive product sales across targeted segments
- Enhance customer relationship management by building trust and long-term engagement
- Drive volume and value growth in customer accounts, contributing to the bank’s profitability
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure products meet customer needs and market demands
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
- Regularly report performance metrics and recommend improvements to senior leadership Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and risk controls
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- A postgraduate qualification or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
- A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in banking, with a focus on commercial and corporate banking.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic management, business development, and profitability management within a banking context.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and banking regulations.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
