Role Overview
- We are seeking a results-driven Head of Business to lead revenue growth, client acquisition, and market expansion.
- The role requires strong financial acumen, proven business development expertise, and the ability to structure and close high-value deals in compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Drive client acquisition and build strong partnerships.
- Lead sales, negotiations, and deal structuring.
- Oversee product innovation, including Shariah-compliant finance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk frameworks.
- Strengthen brand positioning in the alternative finance space.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s/CFA/ACCA/ICAN is an advantage).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, investment banking, or financial services.
- Proven track record in revenue generation and high-value deal execution.
- Knowledge of Shariah-compliant financial products is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
