About the Role:
The Head of Admin will work closely with the MD and Management team to oversee administrative functions and resource management. This role involves managing office operations, coordinating administrative processes, and optimizing workflows to support business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and committed to driving operational excellence and efficiency.
Job Description:
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the efficient management of office facilities
- Perform administrative work such as filing, sorting, and distributing official documents
- Supervise non-technical procurement activities, including vendor management and contract negotiations
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and company activities
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned, including supporting operations
- Supervise and coordinate all admin staff
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors
- Maintain required front office and stationery supplies
- Prepare and manage budgets for administrative functions
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field
- 7–10 years of experience in administrative management, office operations, facilities management, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of administrative policies, operational procedures, and resource management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
