Growth Strategy & Execution

• Design and implement comprehensive go-to-market and customer acquisition strategies.
• Conduct market segmentation and identify high-potential industries for Zoho product penetration.
Develop, measure, and optimize growth initiatives across the entire user journey.

Product Optimization & Adoption

• Partner with engineering and implementation teams to streamline onboarding and resolve pain points.
• Drive customer feedback integration into product development and feature enhancements.
Monitor product usage metrics, conversion funnels, and churn rates to inform growth experiments.

Customer Success & Relationship Management

• Foster strong client relationships to improve adoption and lifetime value.
• Manage key accounts and provide tailored Zoho-based solutions to meet client needs.
Lead the design of training paths and onboarding workflows for interns and junior staff.

Partnership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with BMC, engineering, product, and strategy teams to align initiatives.
• Support the creation of strategic alliances that drive market expansion and product capability.
Work with the sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Data Analysis & Performance Optimization

• Build dashboards to track KPIs and growth metrics.
• Run tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize performance.
Report on pipeline growth, customer engagement, and Zoho’s commercial impact.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in product growth, product management, or B2B SaaS environments
• Demonstrated experience using Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications in a sales or business growth capacity
• Proven track record in launching or scaling products in new markets or sectors

Familiarity with agile methodologies and lean experimentation.
