The successful candidate must have travel and tour experience and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Branch Operations : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve branch targets.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, resolving any complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and guidance as needed.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to promote the company's products and services.
- Financial Management: Manage the branch's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that the branch operates in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, minimising risk and ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in the travel industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a management role.
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales and marketing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- IATA certification or equivalent is an added advantage.
