We’re Hiring: Full-Stack Digital Marketer (Funnels, Ads, Sales & Design) ?
Are you a data-driven creative who can take a product from concept to conversion?
We’re on the hunt for a Full-Stack Digital Marketer who lives and breathes performance marketing — someone who knows how to craft irresistible offers, build killer funnels, run profitable ad campaigns, and close leads on Zoom like a pro.
Responsibilities
Build & optimize high-converting funnels (think landing pages, email sequences, checkout flows)
Run ROI-focused Meta and Google ad campaigns
Lead confident, consultative sales calls over Zoom
Design compelling ad creatives and social assets
Constantly analyze metrics, test ideas, and refine for conversions
? Tools You Should Know: ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva or Adobe XD. Bonus points if you're familiar with automation (Zapier, Make), email marketing (ActiveCampaign), or light video editing
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, funnels, and paid advertising (Meta & Google)
Proficiency in tools like ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and email marketing platforms
Strong grasp of consumer psychology, high-converting copywriting, and funnel strategy
Proven ability to manage full campaigns from offer creation to conversion tracking
Confident in consultative sales calls via Zoom and effective lead follow-up
Bonus: Experience with automation tools (Zapier), SEO, and video content creation/editing

400,000 thousand naira per month and other performance based incentives.
