Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable.
- Handle all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments, manage bookings, and coordinate with therapists and other spa staff.
- Provide information on services, treatments, and products offered by the spa.
- Address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- Manage the spa’s front desk, including check-in and check-out procedures, and handle payments.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure that all information is kept confidential.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of spa products, including ordering and restocking as needed.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, appointments, and other relevant data.
- Assist in the coordination of special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring all equipment and facilities are properly secured.
