Job Position: Front Desk Officer
Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

About the Role
- Advocaat Law Practice is seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact in our firm.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to clients and visitors professionally
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointment scheduling
- Support the planning and coordination of internal events
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and professional reception area.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
- 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar front desk or administrative role
- Strong written communication and email etiquette
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with calendaring and event planning is an advantage.
