Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Freelance Business Development Partner to join our team at Workbrook. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for sales and a strong network in the HR or recruitment industry. The Freelance Business Development Partner will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, driving revenue growth through commission-based earnings for every paying customer acquired. This is a flexible, remote opportunity for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition : Identify, prospect, and secure new clients for Workbrook’s recruitment services through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other lead-generation strategies.
- Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations to understand their hiring needs and position Workbrook as their preferred recruitment partner.
- Sales Strategy : Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed client acquisition targets, leveraging industry trends and insights to position Workbrook’s services competitively.
- Consultative Selling : Understand client needs and present tailored recruitment solutions, showcasing Workbrook’s value proposition and service offerings.
- Pipeline Management : Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and opportunities, tracking progress through CRM tools and providing regular updates to the Workbrook team.
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to identify new business opportunities and refine sales approaches.
- Collaboration : Work closely with Workbrook’s recruitment team to ensure seamless service delivery for new clients, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead-generation platforms.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote, commission-based structure.
- Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition processes is highly desirable.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation
