Job Title: Content Strategist

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that supports business objectives, marketing campaigns, and product positioning.
- Create, edit, and manage high-quality content across multiple channels (website, blogs, email campaigns, social media, whitepapers, newsletters, etc.).
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to produce clear and compelling content tailored to target audiences.
- Ensure content aligns with industry regulations and compliance standards in the financial/fintech sector.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform content creation.
- Optimize content for SEO and digital performance to drive visibility and engagement.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvements.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure the timely delivery of key campaigns and initiatives.
- Repurpose long-form content into different formats (social posts, info graphics, case studies, etc.) to maximize reach.
- Other Tasks: Execute flawlessly on any other task assigned to you from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Content Strategist, Content Writer, or in a similar role (preferably in finance, fintech, or technology).
- Strong portfolio showcasing ability to create engaging and impactful content across channels.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital content trends.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of the fintech/financial services landscape is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), analytics tools, and collaboration software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
