Job Description/Requirements

We are looking for agriculture and climate resilience experts to join our vibrant network and contribute to sustainable and climate-smart initiatives across the continent.
Missions:
- Provide technical expertise on sustainable agriculture, food systems, and climate change adaptation.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and evaluation of projects aimed at strengthening rural livelihoods and ecosystem resilience. Advise public and private actors on agricultural policy and climate resilience strategies.
Profile sought:
- Master’s or PhD in Agronomy, Agroecology, Rural Development, or Climate Policy.
- At least 5 years of experience working on agricultural development or climate resilience projects.
- Experience in Sub-Saharan Africa or similar contexts, including collaboration with farmers’ organizations, ministries, and donors.
- Familiarity with climate-smart agriculture (CSA), sustainable food systems, and environmental risk management. Strong analytical and writing skills, including policy and program evaluation.
