Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities :
Driving & Transportation:
- Provide safe, efficient, and punctual transportation for the CEO.
- Plan optimal routes, considering traffic, weather, and security risks. Ensure the vehicle is always clean, fueled, and ready.
Vehicle Maintenance & Management:
- Perform routine checks (oil, tires, brakes, insurance, registration).
- Schedule servicing and repairs proactively. Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and expenses.
Schedule Coordination:
- Align driving schedules with the CEO’s calendar.
- Maintain flexibility for last-minute changes or extended hours. Coordinate airport pickups, meetings, and event logistics.
Security & Confidentiality:
- Maintain a high level of discretion about the CEO’s movements and discussions.
- Monitor surroundings for potential security risks. Follow corporate security protocols (if applicable).
Professional Conduct:
- Exhibit proper etiquette when dealing with VIPs, clients, and staff.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour. Handle emergencies calmly and responsibly.
Miscellaneous Support:
- Occasionally assist with errands, luggage handling, or minor administrative tasks. Manage navigation technology and communication tools while on the road.
Requirements:
- 1 year of driving experience
- Minimum of SSCE
- Valid driver's licence
