Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive (Connectivity Consultant) to join our team . The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding our enterprise client base, driving revenue growth, and delivering customized connectivity solutions. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong technical sales skills and the ability to develop long-term client partnerships in the competitive ICT and telecom industry.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, identify, and secure new enterprise clients for connectivity and ICT services.
Achieve and surpass assigned sales targets through effective pipeline and relationship management.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals and market trends.
Build trusted relationships with decision-makers through consultative and value-driven selling.
Conduct high-impact product demonstrations tailored to specific business needs.
Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and account performance insights.
Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
Manage client documentation, proposals, order processing, and onboarding.
Deliver post-sales support and ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients, identifying upselling opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3 - 5 years proven experience in enterprise/B2B sales, preferably in connectivity, ICT, or telecommunications.
Demonstrated success managing full sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure.
Strong technical knowledge of solutions such as leased lines, fiber optics, VPNs, cloud services, etc.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills across all organizational levels.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
