Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: ₦250,000 – ₦350,000 Monthly (Net)


Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive (Connectivity Consultant) to join our growing team in Lagos . The ideal candidate will play a critical role in expanding our enterprise customer base, driving revenue growth, and delivering tailored connectivity solutions to high-value clients. You will develop strategic sales initiatives, maintain strong client relationships, and position our services as market leaders in enterprise connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect, identify, and secure new enterprise clients for connectivity and related ICT services.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective pipeline management and deal closure.

  • Design and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals and market trends.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and regular engagements.

  • Deliver persuasive presentations and product demos to C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Prepare accurate sales reports , forecasts, and performance insights for management.

  • Track industry trends , competitor activities, and client feedback to enhance offerings.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to proposal writing, negotiation, onboarding, and post-sales support.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service consistency to drive repeat business and referrals.

  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.


Requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience

  • BSc or MSc in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or any related discipline.

  • 3–5 years proven experience in enterprise or B2B sales within the connectivity, telecom, or ICT sector .

  • Strong understanding of connectivity solutions (e.g., leased lines, fiber optics, VPN, MPLS, cloud services).

  • Ability to close complex deals and manage high-value client accounts.

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills .

  • Tech-savvy and knowledgeable about network and IT infrastructure .

  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
