We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that supports the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development of young children. You will work closely with parents, colleagues, and school leadership to deliver high-quality early childhood education in line with the school’s vision and curriculum standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons and activities tailored to children’s developmental stages.
Foster a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development through positive interactions and guidance.
Observe, assess, and document children’s progress in line with the Early Years curriculum/framework.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress and well-being.
Promote health, safety, and hygiene practices at all times.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan events, learning experiences, and school activities.
Manage classroom resources effectively to encourage exploration and creativity.
Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills
A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent qualification).
Minimum [5] years of experience working with children aged 0–5 years.
Strong understanding of child development and early years learning frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well as part of a team and under minimal supervision.
Creativity, patience, and a genuine love for working with children.
First Aid and Child Protection training (or willingness to obtain).
