Job Title: Digital Media Manager

Location: Lagos

Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 monthly

About the Role

We’re hiring a creative and results-driven Digital Media Manager for an events and production company. You’ll lead strategy and content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and more—building buzz, growing the brand, and engaging our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns

Create and manage content (images, videos, reels, stories, captions, etc.)

Coordinate with creatives for high-quality visuals and event coverage

Grow online community and engagement

Monitor conversations, respond to followers, and manage DMs

Track metrics and optimize based on insights

Requirements

BSc in Marketing, Communications, or related field

4–5 years’ experience managing social media for events/lifestyle/entertainment brands

Skilled with Canva, CapCut, Hootsuite, etc.

Great copywriting and content planning skills

Flexible availability during events

Familiarity with Lagos’ cultural scene is a plus
