Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Despatch Rider based in Lagos. The Despatch Rider will be responsible for timely and safe delivery of products to customers. Daily tasks include picking up orders from the warehouse, ensuring proper handling and transportation of goods, maintaining delivery records, and providing excellent customer service during deliveries. Adherence to road safety regulations and upkeep of the delivery vehicle are essential. Efficient communication with the operations team to manage delivery schedules is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics and delivery operations
• Knowledge of Lagos roadways and efficient route planning skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle and transport food items carefully
• A valid motorcycle rider's license
• Basic record-keeping and documentation skills
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions
Prior experience as a despatch rider is an added advantage
